week 2, 12/08-12/15

Ball Mastery — Day 1

Reps: Perform this exercise for a total of 3 rounds using any skills move you’d like this is the time to practice it, working for 30 seconds, then rest for 45 seconds - 1 minute then repeat, add an additional 4th round depending on how your legs feel.

Focus: Focus on maintaining tight touches and avoid hitting the cone, attacking it at game speed and performing the sill move cleanly.

 

Ball Mastery — Day 2

Reps: Perform this exercise for a total of 3 rounds, one round is completed by going the whole drill down and back hitting each cone, then rest for 1 minute.

Focus: Focus on keeping the ball tight to your feet while going through this exercise at game speed.

 

Ball Mastery— Day 3

Reps: Perform this exercise for a total of 3 rounds, working for 30 seconds, then rest for 45 seconds - 1 minute then repeat, add an additional 4th round depending on how your legs feel.

Focus: Focus on maintaining ball control throughout the whole exercise while avoiding hitting any cones at full speed.

 

Ball Mastery— Day 4

Reps: Perform each exercise for a total of 3 rounds, working for 30 seconds, then rest for 45 seconds - 1 minute then repeat, add an additional 4th round depending on how your legs feel.

Focus: Focus on maintaining ball control throughout the whole exercise keeping it tight to your feet at full speed.
