For ages 2012-2015. In order to develop the highest level we can, spots will be limited and players need to come prepared to work. Our goal for this week is to push the athletes outside of their comfort zones. We want them to establish a base where they are consistently performing at the highest level. We will be challenging our athletes to perform past their perceived limits and start to breakthrough to that next level.
